Refund policy

Every piece of jewelry is crafted with care; meant to be enjoyed for years to come. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Email at julie@jkonikoff.com

After your return is approved, please mail the unworn item with tag on in the original box and packaging and invoice or order details to receive a refund or exchange. Your original form of payment, less shipping charges, will be refunded 2 days after your return is received. If you chose to exchange your item, the agreed upon item will ship within our normal production and shipping time frame. 

If your item was a gift, you will receive a store credit.

Items purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer.

EXCEPTIONS:

Returns on earrings are not accepted.

Final sale items and custom orders can not be returned.
